Job Description: (Position Available) The job includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
Internal Admin • Printing, faxing, photocopying • Making telephone calls and taking messages • Placing purchase orders • Maintaining project plans • Produce post project reviews • Assist in researching to assist in compiling presentations.
Process / Traffic Admin • Taking briefs from manager • Assist with planning of events • Assist with set-up and running of events • Contribute to and deliver post-event wrap up • Carry out customer requests as per management instruction • Assist with updating and accuracy of cost codes • Assist with preparation of necessary documentation for project reviews
Supplier Management • Sourcing new suppliers • Liaising with existing suppliers • Negotiating for best prices • Following correct procurement procedures
Skills Required:
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills. • Must be able to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate people. • Computer literate • Very strong administrative skills • Very strong inter-personal skills • Attention to detail • Ability to manage time and work under pressure • Valid Drivers license • Previous marketing / Project Assistant experience an advantage or at least some background knowledge
